HVAC System Upgrade: A client’s aging HVAC system struggled to maintain indoor comfort. I recommended upgrading to a high-efficiency model that met modern energy standards. After replacing the old unit and optimizing the setup, the homeowner experienced improved climate control and reduced energy bills, making the investment worthwhile.
AC Repair: A homeowner’s air conditioner was struggling to cool their home efficiently. My diagnostic process identified a damaged condenser coil causing the issue. I promptly replaced the coil and tested the system to confirm its performance. The AC unit now cools effectively, ensuring the homeowner’s comfort during hot weather.
UV Air Purification System Installation: A homeowner sought to improve indoor air quality and reduce allergens. I installed a state-of-the-art UV air purification system integrated with their HVAC setup. This advanced system eliminates bacteria, viruses, and airborne contaminants, ensuring a healthier and fresher living space for the entire family.
Air Duct Leak Sealing: A homeowner reported uneven heating and cooling throughout their home. Upon inspection, I identified multiple leaks in the air duct system. Using high-grade sealants and insulation, I sealed the leaks and reinforced weak connections. This repair significantly reduced energy waste, improved system efficiency, and ensured consistent airflow and temperature control in every room.
