Unit was not cooling. Found bad SS2 and clogged drain line.
Upstairs trane split heat pump. Found system low on refrigerant. Performed leak search and found that the evaporator coil and txv are leaking. Will have to replace. Will submit information to AHS for authorization of repairs. Due to age and conditions all options should be explored
