Customer noted that the duct has a smell coming from the downstairs when the heat is on. At arrival, I attempted to go into crawlspace to check the air handler and duct. The crawlspace has multiple items that are blocking the access to the system. I am unable to perform any inspection at this time. The items in the crawlspace will have to be removed or moved so that we can gain full access to the system and the duct work.

Preformed spring tune up on carrier heat pump unit
Trane split heat pump. Customer stated thermostats was not responding at all. Found the the main disconnect for the air handler in crawls had melted badly and was very hot. This is a fire hazard and immediate shut off the power to the system. Will need an electrical to replace the disconnect
Goodman split heat pump. Found that the top of the condenser that hold the fan motor is broken in multiple places. This is cause a massive vibration when unit runs and has the potential to fall and damage the system. Will need to order the top for the outdoor unit and return to replace
Trane heat pump, two zones system. Found system completely empty of refrigerant. Performed leak search and confirmed a major leak in the outdoor unit. Submitting for authentication for repairs and for replacement options
ICP furnace. Found at arrival that a previous company had come out and completely disassembled the furnace and left it in pieces. Transferring call back to previous contractor
Coleman mobile home style system. Heat strips weren't operating. Found and fixed failed sequencer and repairs multiple broken wires. Tested and heat is now working.
