One system whole house. Split heat pump. Carrier. Replaced capacitor and tested operation. System is now running and cooling as it should. Did notice and point out that the condenser coil and the evaporator coil are dirty and both need to be cleaned. As they are, the unit is suffering from lack of airflow flow and decrease the efficiency of the system. Quoted to clean both coils or to sign up for a HVAC Protection Pledge to clean and maintain the system twice a year.
Trane split heat pump, whole house 2 zones. Found system low on refrigerant. Leak searched and found that the evaporator coil is leaking and will have to be replaced. Submitted for authorization of repairs

Found the customers upstairs Carrier heat pump has a refrigerant leak. Discussed repair options.
Lennox furnace. Whole house system, two zones. Tested system at arrival and found that the upstairs zone damper was not opening with a call for heat. The damper motor was stuck closed and not allowing airflow at all. This caused the system to shut down due to high temps. Replaced motor and tested. System is now running and heating very well.
