Coleman split heat pump. found no mechanical failures, and system is operating properly. did find that the breaker is not installed properly and will need to be secured and properly sized.
returned to replace a failed inducer draft motor on a Ameristar gas package unit received the wrong part. called the office And they have contacted the supplier and are trying to track down the correct part.

downstairs furnace, coil and AC. customer stated that the outdoor unit would not shut off even when the indoor unit was off. inspected and found that the contactor in the outdoor unit has seized shut. replaced the contactor and tested the system. system is currently cooling very well, and there are no other issues to report at this time. attached a quote for our HVAC Protection Pledge to clean and maintain both systems twice a year for best performance
Lennox split heat pump, whole house system. 3 zones. inspected system and found that the system has two major failures. 1. the evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant. confirmed with electronic leak detector. 2. the txv at the evaporator coil is defective and not metering the refrigerant properly. both will need to be replaced. will submit information to AHS for authorization of repairs. due to the age and conditions all options should be explored
