Derek was very professional. Called me when he arrived like I asked and took the time to explain what he was doing and what was wrong. Told me where I could understand what he was going to do and gave me options. Great experience.
Landon is as very polite and professional. I walked him around and showed him where everything is that he asked about. Very attentive and his personality was perfect for customer contact. Whoever made that hire should feel good about it.
