Donny was very pleasant and easy to work with. We called Jakes for what we thought was a leaking water heater and it could have easily been turned into a replacement and a large bill. Donny came out on a Saturday to limit business interruption and was very thorough. He determined it was a different problem and was able to control the leaking in a short amount of time.
