I was disappointed that we wee unable to get the dishwasher installed, however after Chad went the extra mile to check everything out and explain to us the reason he did not advise us to proceed with the installation we understood. He did look at a couple of other projects we want done after the holidays.

We are very satisfied with the equipment we purchased so far. We have not needed to give the AC a good test yet but heat pump is very comfortable. The installers John and Drew were terrific. We were also very happy with the way the initial call was conducted. Chad was very informative and did not try to over sale like we have experienced with window sales people ,and the price was better than we expected. Thank you very much. t
