We really appreciate how we were treated and Donny gave us great advice on how we should move forward. He gave us " If this was my issue, I would do this for now...". As well as gave us estimates for if we should decide to try another option. He didn't try to sell us on more work and money. Waiting might be the only thing we need to do for years?? Thank you. Donny was very clear on explaining the situation in terms we ( not plumbers) could understand.
