I was at work and my 74 year old mother called me to tell me the hot water heater was leaking. I work in operating room at a hospital. I could not leave right away. My mother could not find where to shut off the water. She was panicking and was afraid she would get burned. I called JC Hesting and they immediately sent their service tech to my house. They assessed the situation and within a few hours my new heater was installed. Everything was done professionally and they cleaned up after their work. A++++
