My oil furnace shut down last night around 2am. I called and HVAC technician was at my door by 8am. Shawn is very knowledgeable and knew what had to be done to take care of the problem. My furnace/central air unit had a big wiring problem. They walked in, listened to my concerns and stated they will fix this- and they sure did. They didn’t get frustrated trying to figure things out (my furnace is very old). They worked calmly as a team and were very friendly. My dogs loved them. I will be getting a contract with them as soon as I receive the paperwork. They came in and saved the day- thank you!
