My Oil Furnace is covered under a home warranty (not associated with JC Heating and Cooling) and before the home warranty would cover anything, I needed to get the "regular" maintenance performed first. Because my unit was not operational at the time, other companies I called would not give me the regular maintenance package without including other diagnostic services. JC Heating and Cooling listened to me and gave me exactly what I needed. They are total professionals...I'll be calling them again in the future (especially when my home warranty runs out)!
