I feel like I was taken advandage of and swindled!!!

An itemized cost for each was never submitted resulting in a $575.00 fee to hand 3 exterior lights that took less than 2 hours to install!!!!! Had I known about the actual price I would have never approved the installation. Shame on the technician for taking advantage of a young adult.

Were called out to the house to do our annual maintenance service. I made a few suggestions to the customer. The unit doesn't have a float switch, or surge protect. The customer also mentioned to me that he would like an interlocking kit with a 30amp generator plug install.

We were called out to the job to inspect the smoke detectors and outside receptacles. After discussing options with the customer we decided to replace the Smoke detectors in the house and the outside GFI. One smoke detector is a 10 year battery hardwired and the other nine are standard 9 V hardwired smoke detectors. She also mentioned if we could change the lightbulb in the living room fan.

We were dispatched to the following : THERE IS A LEAK COMING FROM THE AC#18 NEAR 4124 THERE IS A BIG PUDDLE IN FRONT OF THE UNIT 4124 Brand : Carrier Model : FB4CNP060 Serial : 3016A87340 Tech Notes ; When I finally got in the unit to check on AC number 18, I noticed a pool of water running from the AC closet into the hallway. The unit was running but the condensate drain line was backed up and over pouring the safety cap. I also noticed that the air filter was sucked up into the coil and causing the unit to freeze. I could not find the outlet of the condensate drain on the outside of the building so there must be a larger drain that all the units dumped into? Solution : Therefore I used compressed air and blew they are through the condensate drain line and the water went down and cleared the back up. I remove the damage and wet filter from the coil and let it defrost. Also, I tilted the unit forward a slightly bit so that the water would flow towards the float switch

We were called out to the house to relocate a light switch that controls the pool light. The pool light is on the corner of the house outside and according to the owner, he would like it closer to the back door approximately 25 feet away.
