Took my money and wouldn't Refund It

Kings Electric charged me for a service call which they never showed up for... So I called their office and explained the situation and the lady that answered the phone ... She said that she would check with the technician and call me back and refund the money back to the card. But she never refunded my money nor did she call me back. I hired them because of their rating on Angi but I'm very disappointed with the service.

We were called out to the office to give a quote on installing a dedicated circuit to the showroom for two computer desk, 1 dedicated circuit in the back office and replace a ballast in the back office. The showroom circuit will require a 15' power pole. The power pole will be approximately 50' from the breaker panel. The circuit in the back office will be about 15 ft from the panel. We were called to find out why the receptacles in the laundry Room isn't working. What I found was a loose wire behind the receptacles in the loft area. We completed our red carpet visit. While I was doing the maintenance on the downstairs unit I noticed the contactor has some signs of over heating. During our maintenance visit we didn't find any Issues with the unit. But we call always make improvements. I'm recommending a surge protector at the disconnect of the ac unit outside. We were called out to the house because the customer had concerns of the work we previously had done. We installed a 20amp circuit next to the panel in the garage. The customer used this circuit for a laser engraver. The customer says that the engraver was damaged by this circuit. I tested the breaker and and it read 93 volts. When I reset the breaker, It went back to normal (123 V). Due to the customer concerns of the breaker may be faulty, I replaced it under warranty.

What I found was the hot and ground was reverse. I also took the duck tape off of the conduit and installed a coupling.
