Sam came and solved our electrical problem the same morning that we called KMA. He was professional and explained things as he went. All of our electric is up and running now! Great service!
We contacted KMA on Wednesday morning (before 10am) because we needed electrical outlets to be fixed prior to an installation on Friday. KMA states on their vehicles and online SERVICE SAME DAY which is not the case. Two separate technicians came out at two different times both stating they couldn’t perform the service-one even stating he didn’t know HOW to do it. Absolutely ridiculously poor service.
