The technicians are great and personable but not a fan of the aggressive pushy used car sales tactics used to upsell work when we actually have other legitimate projects we need done and skimmed on that thinking work needed done that didn’t. Was also told the grounding package was $800 though was charged over $1000 on the actual invoice. Will look elsewhere for future projects.

Overall my experience was Good with KMA.Lori & brett went out of their way to make sure everything went well. Ian Murphy my original contact person, was the big disappointment with working with KMA. He was not well informed and not very knowledgeable. On the scale of my project, I would have been happier with a more experienced person. He didn't return calls or messages.
