I think the customer should be given a receipt after the work is completed. When I called for the appointment I asked if there was a senior discount. I was told there was. When the technician was finalizing the bill he told me the senior discount is only good on jobs 1,000 and over. I think that should be told to the customer up from. I did appreciate the service fee was waived due to the technician not able to be here during the appointment hours.
