Actually, the person originally sent did not do a proper job. But KMA quickly sent another person (Sam Smith) who did an excellent job to our satisfaction. He also explained everything to make us understand the operation of equipment easy.
Had an afternoon appointment, they called and ended up being early. Skilled, tested issue at each possible point of failure to isolate the issue. No overtop pushy sales tactics, rather friendly service to get me just what I needed.
Through quote with with options. Unfortunately all the options were very high in price and we elected to not proceed with the service.
