I “scheduled” an appointment to get a quote online… was told I was scheduled for a Wednesday, and would hear from a customer service rep to confirm time. I never received any confirmation call so I called and had to wait and additional week because I got lost in the online portal. My time was 8-12, and at 11:41 I received an email stating the electrician was leaving Fredericktown and be at my house soon. That is a 45 minute drive from me, however it’s fine. He came and at the end I was told it was $89 for the quote. I was caught by surprise since I was NEVER told it would cost anything to get an appointment just for a quote. Long story short I was greatly disappointed and will not be following through with a service.
