This is the second time Eric has done plumbing work in my home. Eric goes out of the way to give great service. On both visits something unexpected came up and Eric took care of the problem like the professional he is. I would like to mention that his helper Charles, a younger man was pleasant and carried on a conversation with me. Some young people don't want to talk to older people.

Eric did all he could to save old toilet but he was afraid it might leak in the near future. We agreed to replace with new toilet and went right away to pick up new one. (I only have one bathroom in my home). I feel he did a great job and would like to have him come for inspection.

Andrew Young from Level HVAC did a great job tuning up my Air Conditioner with Level's $49 to tune-up special. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and patient with my questioning. He gave me suggestions about how to keep my system clean and in shape until a technician can tune up my heater in the fall. Excellent service! Keep up the good work! 😊👍

Eric and his assistant were extremely friendly and efficient in replacing my water heater. My wife called me at work when our old heater started leaking bad and she was unable to turn it off. On my way home I called level home services to schedule an appointment and was pleased to get service within the hour. Eric was there very quickly and had all the supplies they needed to perform the job completely.
