Always been pleased with Level. This is Dan's first time here and was very friendly and did a very comprehensive check on my system. I asked him to check the wiring on my recent self-installation of a Nest thermostat. He adjusted a jumper inside the heat pump to make it work better ( I had installed it correctly but had some concerns about the speed of the fan at times).
