Mike came in and got right down to business and right to the heart of the problem. He has a courteous, professional, and yet friendly manner. Highly recommended. One thing from a company standpoint didn't make sense to me, though: LINK didn't stock the igniter part for my Carrier furnace because it is an "old style." Wouldn't the older igniters go first on furnaces, so wouldn't a company that fixes emergency outages want to stock the MORE of the older style parts??? How strange. So, 5 stars on everything but convenience, because I am going an extra day without heat waiting for a part (not the tech's fault). At any rate, LINK has always done well by us, their technicians are great, and now I will wait for the company to rally and get the part I need.
