The service technician was excellent, however the cost of a tune up is quite expensive, and my appointment had to be rescheduled. This was quite an inconvenience as I only have certain days off that corespond to the companies service call hours, so having to change that original day and time and find another one was not appreciated.

Technician came and completed follow-up what was needed. Saw footprints on my floor. It appears technician did not take boots off upon entering my home. If this is the case, I am disappointed as I trusted them to come in my home unsupervised. However, I will take accountability for not advising them to take their boots off. Aside from that, I appreciate them following-up. I also want to give a great shoutout to the technician who came to my place previous to this one (the week before on April 27th). He was fantastic. Spent numerous hours trying to diagnose the problem and even came back in the evening to check in. He was superman.

Yezdi Sheriar did an amazing job with finding out the problem, communicating what had to be completed in a very timely and efficient manner! He had great technical and customer service which made my experience in getting my heater up and running very smooth! He should be an example to the team on how to love doing what you do on s day to day basis!
