I had a pipe break at 4am on Sunday morning (Murphy's Law! If a pipe is going to break, it will be at 4am on a Sunday morning!) Luckily the pipe was on the outside of the house, so there was no water damage inside, but clean, precious water was gushing out of my broken pipe like a fire hose. I called eleven "emergency 24/7" plumbers starting at 4:45am, and only 5 answered their phones. Two "emergency 24/7" plumbers told me that they couldn't help until after 8am and I should call back later, and one told me they don't handle emergencies on Sunday! So much for 24/7! Mike Diamond was the only company that answered the phone, understood my problem and got a plumber out to my home around 6:15am. Yes, Mike Diamond is expensive, but when it's an emergency, you need reliability and professionalism more than a cheap deal. Daniel fixed my immediate problem, and advised me on the cause of the break and what probably needs to be done next. He was great and I really appreciated his know-how during the crisis. In an emergency, I won't call around to other plumbers anymore - I'm going straight to Mike Diamond!
