We had a leak in the wall and it was thoroughly diagnosed to the tune of 4 guys coming to confirm and check. Steve and his assistant, Michael, did an excellent job of correcting the problem and clean up afterwards. He explained the work that was done and pointed out what to watch for in the coming days to be sure it was solved.

In August 2023 a crew of two Mike Diamond plumbers changed out the water pressure regulator in front of my house in Glendale. Easy access, easy job. Total charge was $1,434.71. I have since discovered this routine service is a one-man job, $300 to $400 maximum. I am a retired, disabled Senior and I was ripped off by at least $1,000!

Jose and his assistant were timely, provided a very clean, safe and organized work environment. He was very diligent in identifying where the clog could be. He worked on solving the problem promptly after arrival, explaining what steps he planned to take. He would offer suggestions on what to do going forward to minimize clogging, replacing existing inferior plumbing fixtures that could break with future maintenance services.

We had a home improvement gone sideways and we've lost confidence in our past plumber so I tried this company for the first time. Steve and Mike were polite. Steve asked some back ground questions and what led us to our current situation. He then explained what was needed and gave an estimate. Once the job was finished the actual cost was less than quoted since we had some parts on hand. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to a friend.
