I've heard Mike Diamond radio ads for years, so when I recently had a kitchen drain stoppage, I thought I'd give them a call. The person on the phone was very friendly, but to be honest, I was put off quickly when she told me that the service call was $99...just like they advertise...however there is a $20 surcharge due to increased fuel costs. Based on this...all their $99 advertising is FALSE...it is $119 ($99 + $20). I don't have a big issue with the cost being $119, but I really dislike this sort of false advertising. Please adjust your pricing accordingly...and charge people what you advertise you are going to charge them up front! That being said, I went forward with the service call, and the sent out a tech named Darryl, Darryl was very courteous and friendly, and did an quick and excellent job. I give him 5 stars!
