Edwin was really nice. got me cleared with no sales pressure. He suggested the bigger "$1400 main sewer jetting" which i thought was not reasonable, especially since other companies quote online for less than half that... but he was willing to try less expensive ideas and was able to get the line cleared for much less. I hope I never have to call again, but if i do, I feel good w/ Edwin. Thanks Edwin
