I found Stan through a Nest thermostat tech support specialist who was looking for a technician to fix my setup so I could have heat again. Stan arrived when he said he would, texting and calling ahead. He seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC systems in general, but specifically knew about smart programmable thermostats like Nest, which is not a skill that all HVAC pros have, not by a long shot. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. He spoke w/Nest agent on the phone to explain things and answer questions, and he filled out a detailed invoice as required by the company for reimbursing costs. Great service.
