Ben is such a lovely person to work with. He came here to give me a quote on a garbage disposal. He is very courteous, very kind and gentle. My dog even loved him . I would recommend him. I can’t wait till I get my money together so I can have them come back and install that new garbage disposal.

Greg was a very nice gentleman. He came into my home put on his little shoes so he would not dirty at my house. I really appreciated that. Presented customer with two estimates for replacement of 1/2 hp garbage disposal
Checked filter, blower and flame sensor all were a bit dirty. Recommended a routine maintenance.Heat rise was 40,ohm and amp readings were all good. Smoke test was good. System in working conditions at this time.

Upon arrival found combustion blower has failed will not no if there's any other issues until system is running will need to return
No A/C, checked system and found that the outdoor voltage enhancement system had failed, factory spec 40/4, actual 0/0, in addition the outdoor air movement system has failed, both need to be replaced. Installed replacement outdoor air movement system and voltage enhancement system, test ran, compressor run load amps factory spec 12.8, actual 4.5, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.3, actual .9, with 55deg supply air temperature. WO-TNFR107219, returned and made repairs as per estimate, removed and cleaned blower wheel, installed replacement system control, voltage enhancement system for indoor air movement system, ignition system, flame sensor and exhaust removal system, test ran, operation normal at this time.
Gas boiler cleaned flame sensor and checked heat exchanger. Burner looks fine. 15 psi 110 and rising eletracal connections are tight no leaks operation normal at this time
Pulled and cleaned blower wheel and blower assembly. Brushed down evaporator coil and cleaned with cleaner. Wiped down blower motor, wiped down all insulation, poured 1 gallon of water and cleaner down drain line also cleared with co2. Changed capacitor for outdoor unit brushed out eletrical cabinet. Rinsed outdoor coil with water. Replaced contactor, replaced eletrical whip and replaced discounect. And Replaced insulation on Suction line. System running with a 20 degree delta t.
Installed and terminated flexible metal cables for two sump pumps, outside sign and UF cable for split unit. Pull new UF cable for unit in attic. Cable needs to be terminated and a new cable must be installed for basement unit.

Put another MOON stop/warranty sticker on system with date of installation, customer will not be able to change the filter in it's current location, need to go over job with steve moon to see what we can do for them. Best possible solution would be to cut filter rack in on side of furnace and tap the return flex into that and patch the top of furnace. Also recommended they sign up for the gold club.
