We spent $13,000 on a new furnace/ac unit in September 2016. $13,000. We had our “FREE” annual check up (we are signed up for the “GOLD” package) only to be told we needed to pay $175 in replacement parts. ON TOP OF THAT, we were told we needed to pay an additional $125 for another part which we decided to forgo due to this unexpected cost. I am at a loss of words considering we have paid such an extensive amount of money for a new unit only to be told things need replaced less than 24 months after installation. Unfortunately I cannot recommend morevent due to this issue. SIDE NOTE: we had an appointment set for 1/18. My husband waited for the two hour window and no one showed. I called and spoke with Jess, and she admitted the person who scheduled the appointment scheduled it wrong. A new appointment was set for 1/19. Just a total disappointment from beginning to end.

Jim was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable in explaining things to me. He is an excellent technician and an asset to your company.
I thought bob did a great job and was at our house within the time period I was told he would be there. He finished by explaining everything he did and a great tip on conserving energy.
