called for the fall pm on system purchased 8/2017 in early october, as told that nov 22 was the first available. i was contacted in early november that due to a staffing problem I would need to reschedule to 12/3 (8am-10am window) 10:15 I had no call and no show so I contacted mordent and was told that the tech was running a few minutes behind but should be here soon. I think when the customer is given a window for arrival that a call should be made to update the customer.
