When we began noticing all of the Morevent commercials, sometimes two in a row, on national TV channels lately, we immediately surmised that Morevent's prices would have to go up somehow to pay for the new advertising. And sure enough, that seems to be what happened. We have been Morevent customers for many years, and have never had reason to look elsewhere for service - until now. We're looking.

We were told to expect the technician at 12, MV called a couple of times to explain delays. Tech got here around six and fixed the system (needed a charge) right away. Not too unexpected as it was the first hot day of the season.

I always ask for Bob Seiple because I've known him for years, and he has always been the best technician Morvent has, in my opinion. In fact, I followed Bob to Morvent; he worked at another company that I used originally that was then bought out by Morvent. These service companies are only as good as the technicians they employ to service their customers' systems, and knowledge, diligence, consistency, and the ability to communicate effectively with those customers (after all, the technicians represent the face of the company) are critical for success.
