It was a pleasant experience today with the service and repair of my heater. The bill was way out of control, but I was left with no choice.

At my request Josh replaced the battery in the outside sensor. Everything was fine on the thermostat when he left. However, a few hours later there was a message on the thermostat saying the battery in the outside sensor needs replacing. To remove the message, I clicked the option to remind me in 4 days. I reported the problem to John Sullivan this afternoon.
Persistent problems with heating. Techs working hard to resolve issues, but still have not been able to resolve problems. Tried yesterday but problems recurred this AM. All employees have been courteous and helpful and working hard to address the problem.
What can I say... the weather is changing, what could go wrong? Thank you Morvent, the service reps were nice and professional and they are coming in a day to give me a new one.

Keith inspected my Daikin gas heater today as part of my yearly service. He was punctual, polite, and thorough in inspecting and cleaning the unit and its multiple parts. He examined and explained to me sections of the heater that had not been examined in the past. He replaced an Aprilaire Electronic Air Filter that I supplied, and tested everything before he left. Nicely done, Keith!
