Heat went out at 3:30. Called at 7:15am( new customer recommended by next door neighbor). At my door at 10:45 am ( promised later but became available earlier). Jim wore the booties, identified the problem, discussed solution, and fixed the furnace and left at 12:30pm. Heat is on. Job well done. Meeting the Heating and plumbing representative tomorrow to get furnace and water heater replaced. Signed up for yearly maintenance. They have a customer for life. Jim was personable, professional and explained everything in laymen’s terms. Dispatcher/office personnnel were great and gave me a sense of comfort as the temperature outside was 8 and house was 50 degrees. Needed help and received it. Thank you.
