My plumber was Ritchie Mapp and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done replacing the sump pump. As an extra measure he looked at the discharge pipe to ensure it was functioning properly. And the day could not be worse, it rained all day. This household will definitely be requesting Ritchie again.

Chris is an excellent technician who has been to our home before. He is always extremely professional, respectful, and does a great job. Chris even discovered the fan was connected backwards and was blowing high for heat and low for AC and fixed this problem. Unfortunately, dispatch messed up things twice leading me to have to be home 3 days waiting for the install of the humidifier (this was no fault of Chris). Dispatch did give me an additional 10% off of the service, which was appreciated, but does not make up for three days of waiting for the service. I rated "respect to convenience" 5 stars because I did not want a poor rating to effect Chris, but for dispatch I give them a rating of 1 star. I hope my experience with setting up an appointment and receiving services during the expected time frame will improve next time. Thank you Chris for a job well done!

Arrived to find sewage backing up into basement bathroom. Snaked line through cleanout in utility room approx 80 foot. Hit blockage towards end of the line around 70-80 foot. Everything went down in bathroom and ran water while i pulled back my cables. Everything is working at this time
Install two piece koler toilet in upstairs master bathroom customer supply everything is working fine at this time. Thanks for your business
Installed .3 hp zoeller sump pump in sump pit in basement. Removed 10+ yar old plastic everbilt pump that had a faulty switch. Tested by running hose into sump pit to make sure pump kicked on and off accordingly. Also glued elbow to discharge pipe outside and ran an extension further from the house per courtesy.
We pulled and reset the toilet in the master bathroom to stop leaking. We rebuilt the master bathroom toilet and upstairs hallways bathroom. Installed new Kohler toilet on the main level also replaced to popup assembly in the master bedroom. Replaced showerhead in the master bedroom and tub spout in the upstairs hall bathroom. Replaced angle stop in the downstairs bathroom.

Did two(2) rebuild on water closet all in upstairs one hallway bathroom and other master full bathroom
Arrived to find the basement had water pooling around the clogged drain. Used k-50 to snake and didn’t pull back anything the first time, but it began to drain fast. Ran it a second time and it was clean.
Demo water damaged drywall from back of main level bathtub wall. Exposed ceilings and walls as well to expose cracked cast iron piping in one bedroom and in living room closet. Removed cast stack for 3 bathrooms leaving copper drain lines for vents and lav sink drains. Installed 3” pvc pipe and fittings for 3 toilets and connecting existing copper drain lines for lav sinks and one tub. Replaced tub waste and overflow for 2nd floor hall bath tub. Removed all material from site except for a few pieces of cast so that customer may present to their insurance.
Snaked upstairs hall bath tub and downstairs laundry sink. Picture would not load. Snaked laundry tub to 45 feet and bath tube to 20. Didn’t pull anything back.
Snaked outside floor drain in front of basement stairs 67.5 feet with bulb head. Only thing that came back was black sludge. Customer has stairwell leading to her basement that has dirt coming out of the cracks. When she uses her kitchen sink it would come up there. I had to clean out the grid that was totally blocked with dirt. Ran kitchen sink for 10 minutes and poured 4 gallons of water down drain with no back ups at this time. Sold customer bioclean
