I've had the service for the last five years. It has gradually become more dishonest, telling me that I needed expensive repairs and when I got a second opinion, they turned out to be untrue. I moved and no longer needed the service. I requested that my monthly fee be stopped and my credit card not be used. Company service people said I needed to sign a letter sent to me by e-mail, which never arrived. They have deducted $20 a month since my first request and have continued to claim having sent a letter which has never arrived anywhere in my internet system. Several timed I have asked them to send it by mail, with no response. I am ready to go to the authorities and am warning other customers to beware of My Plumber.

Joe was great. He was very professional and his work was very good. He was on top of things and had our toilet replaced quickly. Your prices are probably on par for the area, but the prices for this area are outrageous. Otherwise, your service is very good.

My 40+ year old toilet was leaking again...it's been rebuilt numerous times. Based on my technician's recommendation and the fact that I will be re-doing my bathroom, I opted for a new modern toilet. It's wonderful!!! Higher, elongated and I love it! Will be replacing other 2 toilets soon.

More was very knowledgeable and helped and actually did what I asked for: open up the water tank. Two previous My plumber staff did almost nothing and kept saying the water tank couldn’t be opened. I was very unhappy with their service and suspect we may have prevented problems, had they done their job properly. A big thank you to Moe for correcting this

Pulled and rehung mens urinal on main level 2nd from left with new seal. Customer had leak coming from kitchen that damaged lower level ceiling. It only came about whenever the dishwasher was used. Landlord had pulled the dishwasher out and saw no signs and did not see anything coming from discharge line. There was an extender discharge line that was attached so it could reach the disposal and that’s where the leak was detected, right at the connection. Tightened up the connection and ran the dishwasher on quick cycle and saw that there were no more leaks. Charged diag fee.
