I've had the service for the last five years. It has gradually become more dishonest, telling me that I needed expensive repairs and when I got a second opinion, they turned out to be untrue. I moved and no longer needed the service. I requested that my monthly fee be stopped and my credit card not be used. Company service people said I needed to sign a letter sent to me by e-mail, which never arrived. They have deducted $20 a month since my first request and have continued to claim having sent a letter which has never arrived anywhere in my internet system. Several timed I have asked them to send it by mail, with no response. I am ready to go to the authorities and am warning other customers to beware of My Plumber.
