I did a diagnostic on a Armstrong AC unit. I found the unit to be low on refrigerant. I charged the system. System is operational at this time.
Scheduled maintenance cooling tune up on a Trane air conditioner completed. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed Installation of new Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU GAs Furnace, Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioning Unit, New Evap Coil and removal of previous Comfortmaker HVAC System.
After removing the Trane air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Airflo gas furnace and Goodman air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14" and a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic. Customer stated that the thermostat wont shut off the AC once it reaches set point. I found the system is over charged. I replaced the thermostat. System is operational upon departure.
I completed a full install on a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU gas furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 ton air conditioner. Included with this install is a 1 year scheduled maintenance agreement. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I performed Installation of Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14", Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner, Ecobee Smart Thermostat and removal of previous Bryant System.
I completed a diagnostic on a Trane air conditioner. Determined that system was low on refrigerant, checked for leak and did not find one. Customer wanted to go ahead with a replacement system instead of attempting to fix, so I got them set up for the replacement for the next morning. System was not cooling at time of departure.
I completed AC Tune-Up and Safety Check. I determined it needs a small amount of refrigerant. .5 added. System operational at departure.
I removed a Bryant Air Conditioner. I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a 2021 Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I determined that the connection had come lose at the contactor. I tightened the connection and put the wire back on the contactor. System was operational at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox Gas furnace. After completing an inspection and doing a combustion I determined that the system has failed and is not safe to operate. Provided customer with a quote and installation is set for the following day.
