I provided customer with Estimate for Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner, 16" Media Cabinet and removal of previous Comfortmaker HVAC System.
I performed an Out of Warranty Part Replacement on Bryant Air Conditioning Unit. I replaced OEM Variable Speed Blower Motor With Capacitor. I Got old motor out and tried assembling the new motor on and unfortunately the blower wheel hub is too far damaged and will not go on new motor and the housing that was taken off the handler in shop is too wide for this handler and will not fit, Blower housing and wheel should be arriving on Friday and we will return to complete repairs then. Customer is understanding. We will schedule remaining repair as soon as part arrives.
I completed a service call on a Bryant AC unit. Upon inspection I found the capacitor was bad. I replaced the capacitor. System is operational at this time.
I completed diagnostic on Comfort-aire Air Conditioner. I found that system was out of refrigerant. I informed customer of leak search and adding R-22. Customer wants to just replace unit. Customer is all set for new a/c installation tomorrow.
I replaced the OEM circuit board for a Goodman air conditioner and installed ss2 switch. Tested system in both heat and cooling all is ok at this time. System operational and cooling at departure.
Completed a diagnostic call on a Goodman air conditioner. Found drain line clogged and it blew out the control board. Wired blower hot for temporary cooling.
I completed Installation of new Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Five Star 19 SEER 3 Ton Variable Speed Air Conditioner, new Evap coil and removal of previous Trane HVAC System.
I performed new Installation of Five Star 96% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Five Star 13 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioning Unit, new Evap Coil and removal of previous Comfortmaker HVAC System.
Preformed a diagnostic call on a Bryant air conditioner. Upon arrival customer had concerns about condenser fan not spinning, Tested and replaced capacitor and the system kicked on. Providing customer with an estimate for new system, customer will review and get back with us. System operational and cooling at departure.
After removing the Carrier air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
