Arcoaire package heat pump is not heating. Thermostat shows nothing. Wire to the unit was not sized correctly. Temporarily unhooked 1/3 heat strip so there was not to many amps on the electrical wiring. Will return to run secondary wire. System is heating now.
Carrier ac was not getting the temperature down to temp. Cleaned the evaporator coil and the condensing coil.
Weather King ac wasn't cooling. Checked the freon, capacitor and compressor amp draws. Everything was working correctly. Contractor was pitting out. Customer wasn't ready to replace it at this time.
Bryant AC was not charged. Added 4.5 lbs of R410a refrigerant. Freon levels are good now.
