I had scheduled an inspection service on my Heating unit prior to the weather getting cold. Robert Schultze was the Nytech Technician who visited my house for the inspection. Robert was an absolute professional during the entire visit. He called prior to arriving, arrived on time, was very polite, and performed a very thorough inspection of my unit. Upon completion of the inspection, Robert went over his findings and made recommendations based on what he had observed. Robert answered all my questions regarding the recommendations. I decided to take Robert up on his recommendation to replace one of the components on the heater to ensure trouble free operations for the years to come. Robert ordered the proper part and installed it on a subsequent visit. Overall, I was very happy with the work Robert performed....he is a great asset to the Nytech team.
