Braydon did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing as he examined parts of the system to determine why my gas bill has gone up since Nytech did its work. He did find a part that was not doing well and replaced it. I appreciate his patience in explaining stuff to me and am keeping my fingers crossed that the problem is now fixed and my gas bill will decrease.

Prior to Josef’s leaving, I asked him “why does our thermostat say ‘waiting for equipment’?”, he said, “don’t worry, it usually takes 15 minutes or so for the thermostat and the control board to sync up.” Josef left our house over 4 hours ago, the message on the thermostat still says “waiting for equipment” and it is 77 degrees inside our home, even though we set the thermostat to a constant temperature of 68 degrees, while he was still here. Net/net, it feels like we spent over $900 to keep our home hotter than the outside temperature, this is definitely not what we had hoped for!

Service was excellent, Ricky clearly communicated status of system and two items that warranted consideration for replacement. However I didn't automatically receive an email copy of the service report and invoice and had to call the office to obtain a copy. Minor inconvenience.
