Our Nytech engineer (Craig) was fabulous. Very customer aware, friendly with our dog, clean and tidy in his work and identified a intermittently failing part (igniter) in our heating system which may have blown in the middle of the next weather event. He ordered the part and came back a couple of days later. Ready for next Winter!
