These guys never fail to amaze me. They always go above and beyond for our service. We just had our annual maintenance performed, and Brett A. accidentally broke a terminal on the furnace control board. Instead of hiding the problem, which he could have easily done, he came to us and told us what happened and said that they would get the issue fixed ASAP. And, while we were waiting for the board to be replaced, he patched the issue to keep our furnace running over the cold night. The next morning when Colt W. called to confirm that he was on his way with the new board, he offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on his way out. In a day and age when people don't seem to care about their customers, I have to give David R. and the whole leadership team at Nytech a massive pat on the back for building an organization that prides themselves in doing to the right thing and going above and beyond what a customer expects.
