We are new homeowners in Highlands Ranch, having arrived from Ky on 28 Mar 23. We wanted to make sure our HVAC system was ready for the summer and get information on a whole house humidifier since the CO air is much drier for us. We chose NYTEC since ther serviced the system under the previous owner. We were very pleased with senior service tech Benji Tafoya. He explained all aspects of the service and allowed us to follow him around as he was doing his system checks and answered all our probing questions. We signed up for the total care program because we want a company that is familiar with our system and has provided service in the past. We have a humidifier being installed soon. We are beyond pleased with their customer service. We highly recommend NYTEC for any of your plumbing, heating or air needs. Prices are fair and reasonable.
