Benji was super professional, highly qualified, friendly and thorough. He patiently went over all the aspects of my 26 year old furnace service and all options going forward. He showed me how to clean my filters, even let me video it for later reference and explained all the things that were recommended, but never felt pressured to buy anything that I am not ready for.
