Found short in junction box by furnace most likely due to a loose connection in Polaris connector, unable to replace line completely cannot aces back of panel box as furnace is in the way. Replaced burnt section of wiring. Noticed outside breaker is 100amp not 60 amp like in unit, will need to replace breaker to 60amp
I was there the toilet was flushing and the kitchen and bath tub was not draining tried to go through the kitchen and wasn’t able to clear it so I tried the bath tub that was on the other side of the wall the drum and trip lever to the tub was stuck in the galvanized waste line I sent the pics to Kevin to get a plumber over there to give a estimate
HCP had incorrectly scheduled this on Kevin. Called Willie to see if he could take it on his way home 2-4 and he said that he would do it now since he didn't have anything else on him.
