Service call for urinal in right side of mens restroom 3rd from wall. Poured quart of hydrochloric acid into urinal, covered and let sit for approximately 45 minutes to dissolve urine salts. Turned water back on to urinal and flushed to rinse leftover urine salts and acid down drain. Tech then used urinal auger to auger through the trap of the urinal three different times. No obstructions found during urinal auger. Flushed urinal several times to test, no leaks found and urinal now flushing properly
