Customer main floor guest bathroom shower will not stop running. Shower is Delta Monitor approximately 15 years old. Customer has water off to home and has removed handle assembly from valve upon tech’s arrival. Tech removed existing Delta Monitor cartridge, cleaned built up calcium from inside valve body and installed new cartridge in place of removed. Turned water back on to home and checked for leaks/operation, Delta Monitor shower valve now working properly and has no leaks

Customer has Delta Monitor shower valve in home that is leaking hot water through the shower head at a constant pace. Tech gave customer estimate to replace Delta monitor cartridge as well as replace the handle as it will most likely need to be cut off to access the internal cartridge. Customer unable to pay for proposed work and ineligible for financing

Installed new lavatory sink, lavatory faucet with pop-up assembly, reworked lavatory drain with new p-trap and installed emergency shutoff valves below sink. Also installed new shower valve and shower trim including shower drain. Tested plumbing once install was finished, no leaks found and all new plumbing is working properly.

AHS drain repipe second opinion. Active leaks found coming from multiple areas in home. Kitchen drain line leaking from connection between lead and cast iron just below the floor level in crawl space, active leak from tub/shower drum trap in crawl space and found water around vent stack for bathroom which is believed to be from the lavatory drain line connection to the vent stack.

Customer requested both basement bathroom toilet and upstairs hallway bathroom toilet be inspected for issues. Tech determined that the both toilets could use new fill valves and flappers. Customer chose to have the basement bathroom toilet rebuilt today citing pricing as the deterrent for rebuilding both today. Tech shut down water to home, drained excess water from system and removed existing fill valve and flapper from basement toilet. Installed new fill valve and flapper in place of removed parts and flushed multiple times to test. No leaks found and basement toilet now working properly.
