This is the 2nd time I have used On Time...both were emergency situations. This latest occurrence was brought about by the memorial holiday storm that brought down my electricity line. Evergy could not re-establish the line until a licensed electrician did some necessary repairs. On Line identified the work to be done and completed that work very quickly and professionally. Evergy was then able to reattach my line to give me electric service again. On Line consistently responds very quickly, identifies the problem, and makes necessary repairs promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!
