Was charged for new metal drip pan but he put my old plastic pan back under it. Also the installation position is extremely difficult for me, an 83 year old home bound lady living alone, to replace the AC filter n I told him so but he said it’d be ok. But it’s not. I bend the corner when I have to force it in behind the tank. I sent a video and a still picture to your office employee that same day. Your office employees are super.
