From the initial call until the tech left my house, it went as well as one could hope. I got someone in within one day of calling, the tech was professional, obviously understood what he was doing, and was able to rectify three separate issues I had in a little more than an hour. Completed routine maintenance on a 3-zone ductless mini-split system. Cleaned washable filters, checked refrigerant levels, wiped down coils, and verified remote and wall control settings. Each zone was tested for airflow, temp split, and system pressure. System is running efficiently—perfect for cooling individual rooms on demand.
Performed a sewer camera inspection for recurring drain backups. Ran the camera through the main line and discovered root intrusion near a joint 35 feet out. Marked the location and recommended hydro-jetting followed by a pipe lining repair. Provided video footage to the homeowner for insurance and next steps.
Replaced a leaking 50-gallon electric water heater with a new high-efficiency model. Drained and removed the old tank, updated the shut-off valve and expansion tank, and reconnected the electrical and water lines. Verified thermostat settings and tested the system for proper recovery rate and no leaks. Homeowner now has hot water again with improved efficiency and safety.
