From the initial call until the tech left my house, it went as well as one could hope. Repair hot water tank - Hot water repair required due to Sediment buildup over time causing damage to the tank and heating element.
Repaired air conditioning - AC Repair needed due to worn our fan motor. Replaced and air conditioner is working again.
