Installed a new mini split system for a garage conversion. Sized the unit for 500 sq ft and tested both cooling and heating modes after install.
Cleaned and maintained a Trane air conditioning system during a routine tune-up. Inspected the evaporator and condenser coils, checked refrigerant pressures, and tightened all electrical connections.
